With Dermlook, a dermatologist is always just an app away.

1. Download the Dermlook app to your tablet or smart phone.

The DermLook app is free, and is available for download on Apple and Android devices.

2. Set up your profile.

You will be asked for the same information you would provide at a doctor’s visit, along with your payment information and pharmacy preference, should you require a prescription. You can add family members under your profile so that you only require one login.

3. Enter your payment information.

Each consultation with one of our dermatology professionals is a flat fee of $59. We accept all major credit cards and payments are processed through a secure server for your safety.

4. Take a photo of the area of concern.

Follow the prompts to upload the photo and provide a brief description of symptoms.

Within 24 hours of receiving your photo, one of our doctors will respond in the app with a diagnosis, treatment plan and prescription as appropriate. Please note, the response time may be slightly longer on weekends.
